About this service
Updating a live app with real users is different from building one from scratch. Changes can break existing flows. Store review adds time. Users on older versions still need the app to work. These are the practical constraints that make feature updates harder than they look.
Scoping before building
Before any code is written, we review your existing architecture and data models to understand where the new feature fits. A short scoping call and a written spec sheet prevents most of the surprises that cause delays later. We flag technical risks upfront rather than discovering them mid-build.
What the delivery process looks like
- Written feature spec reviewed and signed off before development starts
- Development in a separate branch with regular progress updates
- Internal QA on real devices before any review submission
- Staged rollout where supported (Android) to limit exposure on release
- Post-release monitoring for the first 7 days
We work with your repository and follow your existing code style. The codebase you get back should look like it was always there, not like something bolted on from outside.
Platforms we support
Native iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), React Native, and Flutter. We do not currently offer Xamarin or Ionic support.
